Excalibur, 2 years old 8lbs and 11 inches at the shoulder
2012 we purchased this lil boy from another breeder however he is the son of our Shorty Sr below and a full Juliana (we studded out Shorty) the breeder had kept Excalibur who was the smallest of the litter and was planning on keeping him for her own breeding program but due to family difficulties she was forced to sell her farm and all the animals and that is how we got this supper hansom lil guy. He was raised in pasture so hasn't had a lot of human contact however here at Petite Porkers we have him in our home and even at 2 years old he is coming around and learning to trust us more and more. Excalibur will be having his first litter this fall 2012 and we are supper excited to see if he passes along his beautiful red silver color, black spots and gold eyes.
NicNic, 2 years old 7lbs 9inches tall
This lil guys is so amazing not only is he all pink/white but he has sky blue eyes. NicNic is one of the calmest most relaxed pigs around he will follow us around and loves his belly rubbed. He loves to play in the pool and pond he loves the mud and to run and play and we are so excited to see how his babies turn out.
Porkchop is 3 years old and only 7.5lbs 8.8inches
Porkchop is a sweet boy he will come to you for food and likes to be scratched. He is a little guy and is from our male Shorty Sr's half brother (who ran away) and a friends non related female... Porkchop is Black with a white tip on his tail, socks ,chest and blaze up his face he also has bright blue eyes and a great personality. But his number one love is the ladies. Porkchop just had his first litter of 10 piglets so hes a little guy but can do his job. We are very excited to see the piglets from his upcoming breeding's. We are very excited to have 5 supper tiny piglets fathered by Porkchop born 10/20 pictures are on our Little Piggy page. Benjamin Button, 1 year old 6lbs
This little boy is a pretty Red, Chocolate with a few black spots he is a sweet guy and we are watching his growth and planning on having some babes from him possibly 2013. I will post pics soon.
RETIRED we have now retired Shorty but we now have 2 new boars that are under 10lbs. Shorty has been neutered and will continue to live out a happy full life here on the ranch.
Shorty Sr he is 10lbs and 11inches
Shorty is on the farm in Cleveland and loose with his girlfriends in a 20 acre pasture. So sorry he doesn't care much for me or picture taking, but we will be working on getting some new and better pics of him and his girlfriends soon. Shorty is a little guy and still a bit over weight since he grazes all day in the pasture he is black/silver and white with blue eyes. Shorty throws blue eyed piglets in every litter, very small and with great temperaments.
We are extremely Sad to report that Wilbur passed away Jan 2012 after 3 months of struggling after he was salt poisoned on Thanksgiving I have posted resent pics of him at the Hospital and days before he died. Wilbur was 1 year old and only 6lbs. If you would like additional info on Salt Poisoning please feel free to contact us.
Wilbur will be one of our future breeding boars he is so small we cant even guess what his adult weight will be.... we originally estimated 10lbs but as months go on and he continues not to grow we will have to change that estimate. He is a house pet, so loving and sweet he follows me every were and wants to be held, lay on your lap, sleep up next to you he is a handsome little guy. We cant wait to see babies from him once he is grown...or see him full grown for that matter. He is a great pet a supper tiny guy and the cutest pig around. 2 current pics below 7 plus months old now.. still my itty bitty boy
