WARNING; All pigs/piglets/types of swine are required to have USDA permits and certificates to travel out of, into and even through any and all US states legally. Some US states even require arriving pigs to do an in home quarantine on arrival. Do YOU know these laws?!Your breeder should. I DO!
It has been brought to my attention by Continental airlines workers, USDA, vets, customs agents, customer and also other breeders...who are shipping piglets illegally. Many are getting away with this, but it is not worth the risk. When shipping a pig you MUST have a USDA health certificate from the vet no more then 10 days old, you MUST contact the department of agriculture for the state you are shipping to and get an import permit # from them. If the breeder responsible for your pets does not do their home work and if the piglet enters a state that requires this... the Dept of Agriculture can confiscate your pig and worse even euthanizes it, this would be all the fault of the breeder. As for customers looking to add a pig to their family please beware.... the Department of Agriculture has these laws to prevent the spread of brucellosis, pseudorabies, Leptospirosis and Erysipelas that can be harmful to your other pets as well as to you and your family if exposed to a sick pig. DO NOT BUY from so called breeders who ship illegally and do not have their herds tested yearly. We ship our pigs legally, we know, research and contact the USDA for all this info for each state and each piglet we ship. We provide all the info our customers will need when receiving their piglet and we will be there 24/7 to help and answer questions. Even if you need help with traveling with your piglet we are here.

All Piglets come with; Health check at 2-3 weeks old and again at 8-10 weeks old some will include blood panels. All pigs receive a vet exam no less then 10 days before they joint their new homes by a USDA certified vet and receive a USDA health certificate, permit numbered & micro chip. They also receive their vaccinations. All Males are neutered and All females are spayed laparscopicly before leaving. All piglets are also started on 6 month regimen of internal and external parasite control, treated for Worms and to prevent skin conditions (such as mange, mites and lice), litter box trained, come with Purchase agreement and Health guarantee, Feeding and care instructions. Prespoiled like no others, socialized with car rides, dogs, cats, kids, water and raised in our home on a raw chemical free vegetarian diet for the best health possible.
